Sunshine Coast, BC - Align Your Values for Strong Client Partnerships

Leadership training can mean anything from emotional intelligence to decision-making to conflict resolution.

Leadership development is the single most effective way to guarantee internal promotion and succession planning. Studies show that happy staff result in higher productivity and therefore higher sales, higher attendance and less costs from absenteeism, boredom and overwhelm. Professional development opportunities have been resoundingly featured as a key component of retaining staff. People in your organization want to be more connected to your organization’s mission, values and unique market space, but in many cases, they are left out of the strategic planning process.
