What is the Credivera CPB Digital Credential?
Your Credivera credential is a verified digital version of your CPB designation, stored in a secure digital wallet. Think of it like a digital payment wallet (like Apple or Google Pay), but for your professional achievements. It provides a trusted, independently verified record of your CPB status, enhances protection against fraud, and allows for easy sharing with employers, clients, and on platforms like LinkedIn.
How is this different from a digital badge?
While digital badges offer visual recognition, Credivera’s verified credentials provide a much higher level of security and trust. What can I do with my Credivera Digital Wallet?
Your wallet is a powerful tool for showcasing your professional achievements. You can share your verified CPB designation directly to your LinkedIn profile, send it privately and securely to employers or recruiters, and even add other professional credentials from issuers within the Credivera network.
Can employers or clients use Credivera to verify my CPB status?
Yes. With your permission, employers, clients, and even regulators can verify your designation in real time. You maintain full control over when and with whom your credential is shared, ensuring your privacy is always protected.
The Transition from Credly
What is happening to my Credly badge?
As we advance our credentialing technology, Credly badges are being discontinued. Your new Credivera credential will be the official digital verification of your CPB designation, offering a more secure and trusted standard.
What do I need to do?
Once you activate your new Credivera credential, we ask that you remove your old Credly badge from your email signature, LinkedIn profile, website, and any other marketing materials. This ensures consistency and highlights your commitment to the highest standard of professional verification. Please note that only CPBs will receive a Credivera credential at this time.
Does this replace my printed certificate?
Yes. Your Credivera verified credential will replace physical certificates and badges, becoming the primary source for verifying your CPB designation. This move represents a significant step forward in protecting the value of your credential and providing you with modern, trusted tools to empower your career.
